I'm in southern california, how much would one bundle of firewood be? I'm just having a bonfire and I need to buy some firewood, but I don't know if I should split the cost between people or not.

Tips and tricks on cutting spliting stacking firewood?

I need a few tips and tricks on cutting firewood.I cutt alot
of firewood on the week ends .I have a few STIHL chainsaws
a can't hook to move big logs a log spliter and a maul.I have tons
of safty gear. And an ATV and trailer to move the wood out. Any
tips or tricks you have would be very helpful.

In relation to firewood does anyone know what “no stacking required” would mean?

Ad in the local paper for firewood and it says "Apple, cherry, fir, pine. Bone dry. No stacking required"? Does stacking mean maybe that it's already seasoned long enough so you don't need to stack it to dry it out further???
And has anyone used apple or cherry before? HATE pine - my glass door on the wood stove gets filthy! Plus I've heard it heats pretty poorly.
